3. Booking & Payments

a. Scheduling

Sessions may be booked online, by email, or via phone. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

b. Payment

Payment must be made at or before the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Any late or missing payments may result in suspended services.

c. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Sessions canceled 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

  • Refunds are issued only at the discretion of Rebel Ready Tutoring.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking

  • Arrive prepared and on time for sessions

  • Use tutoring services ethically (e.g., not submitting tutor-created work as their own)

  • Respect tutors, staff, and other students

Academic honesty is expected at all times.

5. Tutor Responsibilities

Rebel Ready Tutoring agrees to:

  • Provide qualified tutoring support

  • Maintain professionalism, respect, and confidentiality

  • Offer clear academic help without completing assignments for students

  • Inform students of any schedule changes or cancellations

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security

  • Use the website for fraudulent or harmful activity

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.
