Refund Policy

Rebel Ready Tutoring

At Rebel Ready Tutoring, we are committed to providing high-quality academic support and a positive learning experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and under what conditions.

1. Session Cancellations

Student-Initiated Cancellations

  • 24+ hours before the session:
    Students may cancel or reschedule without penalty. A full refund will be issued upon request.

  • Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours):
    These are not eligible for a refund unless there is an emergency.

  • No-shows:
    Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

2. Tutor Cancellations

If a tutor must cancel a session:

  • Students will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • If a tutor is more than 15 minutes late and the session cannot proceed, the student may request a full refund.

3. Multi-Session Packages (if offered)

  • Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be refunded at the per-session rate, minus any completed sessions.

  • Packages used more than 50% are not eligible for partial refunds unless special circumstances are approved.

4. Quality Concerns

If a student feels they did not receive the support advertised:

  • A refund may be provided on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the situation.

  • Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the session.

5. Digital Materials

Any downloadable study guides, worksheets, or digital materials are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Payment Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

  • Rebel Ready Tutoring is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

7. Special Circumstances

Exceptions may be made for:

  • Documented emergencies

  • Sudden illness

  • University-related conflicts (e.g., mandatory events, exams)

Requests will be reviewed individually.
